Physical Products

All product sales are final. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

 

Digital Downloads

Due to the sensitive nature of our digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital item is purchased, it cannot be refunded.

 

Private Lessons

Private lessons are nonrefundable. No-show lesson fees will be forfeited in full with no refund. To reschedule a lesson, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Any lesson rescheduling request without 48 hours notice may be denied at our discretion.

 

Performances

Performance terms and conditions, including cancellation and rescheduling policies, are outlined in the individual booking contract.

 

Other Services 

All other services are nonrefundable, subject to our discretion.
