Physical Products
All physical product sales are final.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with details and, if applicable, photos of the issue. We will review the case and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Digital Products
Due to the sensitive nature of our digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased, accessed, or delivered, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Private Lessons
All private lessons are non-refundable.
Missed lessons (“no-shows”) will be forfeited in full. To reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be declined at our discretion.
Performances
All performance terms and conditions, including cancellation and rescheduling policies, are outlined in the individual booking contract.
Other Services
All other services are nonrefundable, subject to our discretion.
General Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to read product descriptions.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
