Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Some products may be fulfilled by third-party providers, which may have separate processing and fulfillment times.
Shipping Methods & Fulfillment
We use a combination of third-party fulfillment partners and direct shipping depending on the product:

Apparel:
Fulfilled and shipped by a third-party provider. Production and shipping timelines are determined by the provider and may vary depending on demand and location. -
Playing Cards:
Fulfilled and shipped directly by us from Canada. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.
We may use a variety of shipping carriers, including but not limited to Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or other courier services.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates only and refer to the time after your order has been shipped, not including processing or production time.

United States: 4–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days
For third-party fulfilled products (such as apparel), additional production time may apply before shipping.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
In these cases, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees. Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for a refund.
We do not guarantee that duties or taxes will not be applied.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee resolution.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review each case and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or resolution.
Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
